College Park is bounded by the QEW on the south, 16 Mile Creek on the west, Upper Middle Road on the north and Trafalgar Road to the east. The neighbourhood was developed primarily between the 1950s and the 1980s. Many of the bungalows and split levels built during that time have been fully renovated or torn down to accommodate new custom homes.
